Linda has deep experience in instructional design and delivery. She began her career as an educator and was been responsible for building a world-class leadership development function from scratch in two companies. She is a seasoned presenter and skilled facilitator who works with mid-to-senior level leaders who wish to accelerate their development as effective leaders and enhance their performance of their teams.

Need to develop leadership capability? Linda worked with a large retailer to assess the current capabilities of top talent and then designed and delivered a customized action learning program to address the specific needs of the target audience. She also provides follow-on coaching for selected top talent.

Need to improve the performance of your team? Linda worked with the CEO of a professional services firm to identify and remove barriers to teamwork and productivity. She coached the CEO and key leaders—both individually and as a team--to resolve conflict and improve working relationships.
