The executive team sponsored a project to craft core values statements that clearly articulated what the company stood for and where they were headed. Linda served as consultant to a cross-functional team to fashion and to validate the core values and engage the workforce in their adoption. The work was embraced and credited for revitalizing the organization at a critical time.
